I had the realization during my second major surgery this year that I am still statistically in yet another minority.  I know that it is always really cool to think about how unique I am as an individual, but I also like to be part of  a group.  This is the ironic thing about living in the United States, we all want to be loners, but also be part of a cool group at the same time. So while I was recovering from my four hour triple A aneurysm operation I was greeted with an amazing reaction by all of my attending medical staff at Emory St. Joseph's hospital in Atlanta.  They were amazed that I was so healthy and that I was not on any prescription medications for a man of my age. Now a lot of my life has been lived in hanging out with folks who are living active lifestyles.  In the past few years I have started to take notice that most of my friends are younger than I am.  I also noticed that most of the people that are my age are not doing the things that I was doing.  Running

Linksys E4200 Today I finally fixed a problem with my Linksys E4200 router.  Some time ago I turned on the HTTPS feature.  At the time I believed that this would add a layer of security to my network.  Even though I rarely accessed my router configuration I did it anyway. Well fast forward a few years and I wanted to make some changes.  Low and behold I could no longer access my router via the HTTPS web interface.  I tried to access the router from three operating systems  using four different browsers.  Finally I read a tip on the Linksys forums that lead me to a solution.  Someone posted that the problem was with the self signed certificate on the router which led all of the latest browsers to block access to the site.  The fix was to use an older browser to access the router. I do not have a Windows XP machine or any computer that was running an older browser from say 2008.  What I did was build a temporary Windows Server 2008 and used that stock browser to change my router
