My Favorite [Adult Swim]

Frisky Dingo is an animated show on [Adult Swim] . The last few posts on my Blog have been about video shows that I like. I am recording them on my computer and I finally took a few evenings to get caught up. Frisky Dingo is on my favorite list because I like the animation style and story line. The animation is Adobe Illustrator like just like the Charles Schwab commercials and the Scanner Darkly movie. I have long had the dream of one day doing an animated film using interpolated rotoscope .

Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad is another one of my favorite shows. The show is all about making choices and choosing one's destiny. I love this show. I recorded the season finale and just watched it. I normally do not get into entertainment web sites, but I wanted to show my support for this show. What I like about Breaking Bad is the relationship between the main characters and how chemistry plays a role in the show. I do not have cancer but I know what it is to have a life altering illness. This story and the change in Walt’s way of being is why I like the show. The choices that we make are what makes life real. Walt loves chemistry and that is why he is making meth.

Courtney Cox in Dirt

I do not write about video entertainment.  In fact I had to create a new category for this post.  Currently I am watching a recorded Dirt episode and I realized that I really like Courtney Cox .  I did not get into Friends that much but this show that she is executive producer of called Dirt is the best show that I have seen in a long time. What I like about the show is that Courtney Cox plays this hard core magazine editor named Lucy Spiller.  Lucy is bad-ass perky and cute.  I also like the photographer Don Konkey played by Ian Hart .  He is an schizophrenic artist with a camera that case for Lucy like a sister.

How to Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup

How to Avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit High fructose corn syrup is commonly used in place of sugar in processed foods in the USA. In fact, the average American eats an astounding 41.5 lbs of high fructose corn syrup per year. [1] American subsidies and tariffs have resulted in corn being a much more economical sweetener than sugar--a trend that is not seen in other parts of the world. Now that high fructose corn syrup is being added to an increasing variety of foods (breads, cereals, soft drinks, and condiments) some people are looking for ways to avoid this artificial sweetener.

Running Week 11 Day 70 2008

I have run 200.5 miles this year.  Tonight I ran 10 miles in about 100 minutes.  I was in the zone for most of the last five miles of my run.  What is the zone you may be wondering?  To me the zone is a mental and physical state that I get when I am in harmony with running, drawing or cycling.  It is a space that allows you to just be one with what you are doing right at that moment. The zone puts me at the edge of excitement and I am only focused on being in the moment of running, drawing or cycling.  Sometimes I get in the zone at work when I am writing SQL or HTML code.  This zone is like the zone when I draw, it is more in my brain and not too physical.  When I am cycling or running the zone is very physical and all encompassing making me one with my mind body and the world around me. Tonight was my first run during daylight savings time so it was light.  I ran faster than normal and I let my pace keep up with my breathing.  My breathing kept pace with my music on my iPod. when I
