Most Reliable Hosting Company Sites in May 2009 - Netcraft

Since I can not get CentOS 5.4 installed on the HP DL380 G3 I am considering using my old freind FreeBSD.  the problem with the HP server is Grub.  the old server BIOS does not let Grub work as a boot loader.  Lilo on the other hand may work.  I will attempt a FreeBSD install with Lilo as te boot loader.

request.


This is New York Internet's second
consecutive appearance at the top. Established in 1996, the company's core
services now include dedicated servers, colocation and virtual web hosting - all
backed with a 99.999% uptime
guarantee.


pair Networks also started off in 1996,
with a $10,000 family loan funding a single employee and a partial T-1 line. The
company has since grown to offer dedicated servers, virtual private servers and
high volume hosting from its own datacentres in Pennsylvania, which use GigE
connections to five diverse backbone networks.


INetU is an enterprise managed hosting
company, also located in Pennsylvania. They stand by their network performance
by offering a 100% uptime service level agreement. Managed services provided by
INetU include MySQL and MS SQL database clusters, Exchange servers,
virtualization and firewalls. Their clients include Fortune 500 companies such

Georgia on my mind

Texas was not deep enough in the south for me so I relocated to Albany, Georgia. I have been her almost a month and the adventure of living in a new city and working at a new institution are still fresh. This week week as I walked across the campus with my paper notebook in hand I was whistling as I passed through groups of students go to classes. I noticed how everyone of them was either talking on a mobile device or listening to music on them. I marveled at how odd I must seem to them as I walked without having any electronic device turned on and instead i was making the music with my lips. Albany Georgia is a lot like Portland, only smaller and really flat. Albany has the Flint River running through the middle of the downtown area and lots of pine and pecan trees all over.

There is too much fun stuff to do in Austin. This weekend is my last one that I will spend in Texas for a while. I enjoyed spending some time this weekend with a three friends that I have had the pleasure to meet in the short time that I have lived here. My Cool Hat

I finally have a way to wear my hats again. My daughter Kalia Wormley gave me this really cool cap that she got at Disneyland. I was not able to wear it because my hair was too long and fluffy. I have started pulling it back into two Afro Puffs and now I can wear the cap. The cap has a cool design. It features Chernabog a character from the animated Disney Feature Fantasia . The demon Chernabog was used with the music Night on Bald Mountain which I like very much.
